About Me

My parents divorced when I was 10 years old and I know what it is like to have your entire life change as a result. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an attorney. The law is fascinating and always changing. While I love the intellectual challenge of going to court and facing off against another smart and prepared attorney, I am just as pleased helping a client work out an agreement with his or her soon-to-be ex-spouse, knowing that in the long run, it will be better for them and their children.

Practicing family law allows me to represent real people with real problems. I do not represent banks or insurance companies. I represent people who are going through divorces, people who are trying to collect child support and people who are simply trying to see their children. I take great pride in practicing family law, and you deserve a lawyer who feels that way.

Each case (and client) is different. As your lawyer, my job is to listen to you, analyze your situation, identify the legal issues, make sure that you are aware of your options and the possible consequences, and then fiercely represent you once you have decided which path to take. I am also familiar with the issues that service members and their spouses face in family law cases.

I am young and energetic and I have gained recognition in the San Antonio legal community as a professional, smart and hardworking attorney. My mother is an established Texas family law attorney and I have learned a great deal from working with her over the past decade. I do not guarantee results; what I do guarantee is that I will represent you to the best of my abilities.

You have a choice of the attorney you hire to represent you. I will be sensitive to your case, flexible when circumstances require, and I will give you the personal attention you deserve, all while handling the legal aspects of your estate plan, divorce or other family law issue.

I am an active member of both the San Antonio Family Law Association and the San Antonio Elder Law Association. Read more about my experience and background by clicking the link below.
